RPHELL allows you to upload, share, and explore character cards. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

We strongly protect freedom of artistic and cultural expression. Users are free to create, share, and view fictional works, provided they comply with applicable U.S. law regarding illegal content (e.g., child sexual abuse material, non-consensual depictions of real adults).

2. BILL OF ARTISTIC FREEDOMS

RPHELL does not restrict content based on taste, morality, or popularity.

Fictional works, including stylized erotic or violent art, are permitted.

Only content that clearly violates U.S. criminal law is prohibited:

• Hyper-realistic depictions of real minors in sexual contexts – images, videos, or AI-generated content so realistic it could be mistaken for a real child.
• Non-consensual sexual depictions of identifiable real adults – any explicit content featuring real, identifiable adults without their informed consent.
  • This includes content published without permission, even if the individual has previously shared explicit material (e.g., adult performers or cam actors).
  • Individuals retain the right to withdraw consent at any time. Platforms must remove content promptly upon such requests to comply with U.S. law.
• Material that is illegal under U.S. federal law (obscene material outside protected fictional contexts).

3. AGE RESTRICTION

Users must be 18 years or older.

Content may include erotic, violent, or otherwise disturbing themes.

If you are underage or uncomfortable with such fictional material, do not access RPHELL.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

By uploading, you grant RPHELL a non-exclusive, revocable license to host and display your content.

You retain full ownership of your works.

5. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

• Moderation is minimal and reactive, removing only content that clearly violates U.s. law.
• RPHELL does not remove content simply for being offensive, erotic, or unpopular.
• Repeat violations of legal limits may result in account suspension.
• Platforms are expected to act promptly to remove non-consensual content involving real adults upon notice.

6. DMCA & COPYRIGHT

Rights holders may submit takedown notices under U.S. law.

Legitimate claims are processed promptly, consistent with Section 230 protections and fair use considerations.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RPHELL provides no guarantee of uptime, security, or uninterrupted service.

You use it entirely at your own risk.

RPHELL is not liable for content uploaded by users, as protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are subject to U.S. law and the courts of the jurisdiction where RPHELL is hosted.

Users agree to resolve claims under U.S. law, acknowledging the platform’s hosting location.
